What is Full Duplex communication?
Full Duplex communication enables two or more parties on a line to speak at the same time. A
separate communication channel is provided to each party on the line. This provides a more
natural conversation similar to that of normal speech or as when you speak on a telephone.
What is Simplex Communication?
Simplex communication only enables one person on a line to speak at a time, like in the case
of a walkie-talkie or two-way radio communications. If both parties try to speak at the same
time, the conversation can come out garbled or non-existent. In an emergency situation you
don't want a garbled conversation or missed statements.

Who will install my system?
Your Medical Alert console is delivered fully programmed and ready for use. To install your
Medical Alert system, just plug the console into an electrical outlet and connect a phone
line. If you have any questions during setup, contact one of our customer service

through the process.
Can I order both a pendant and wrist style alarm?
Your subscription includes your choice of pendant or wrist style alarm. However, you may
order additional pendants or wrist style alarms for a small additional fee. For details,
contact a customer service representative at (888)-200-5510. They may be ordered at time
of initial enrollment or at any later date.
What payment options are available?
We offer two options, a rental & service plan or a purchase & service plan. Our payment
options provide substantial discounts. So be sure and ask our representative about all plans
available.

What if I should no longer need the unit can I cancel before the end of my payment term?
There is never a charge for early termination. However, your prepayment refund will be based
on the effective term at time of cancellation. For example, if you have paid annually and
terminate your subscription after 6 months, your refund will be calculated based upon the
unused portion, in other words it will always be pro-rated.
Are there any additional charges beyond my subscription fee?
There is never any additional charges. There are No hidden fees, No delivery charge, No setup fee,
No programming fee. You pay only your low subscription rate for as long as you continue the
service.
If I elect the shorter rental plan can I change my subscription option at a later date?
Yes, you may change subscription options at any time. If you begin your subscription
with a shorter option and wish to change to an annual payment option, you can change at
any time.
